Lost your contract?
If you are experiencing a problem sending mail with your mail program, chances are you have not sent in your Customer Agreement Contract. We do this intentionally in an effort to combat the SPAM problem on the internet. SPAM is a practice of sending out mass or bulk unsolicited e-mail. This is strictly against our policy! Once the contract is sent in you will be able to send e-mail regularly (using SMTP protocal). In the mean time you may use the web-interface to send e-mail which can be found at http://mail.netnevada.net. Log in using your full e-mail address and password. If you can't find your contract you can download it and send it in today (don't wait until you can't log-in!).
